\nIn the event that this situation arises, the seller will contact the buyer immediately in order to agree on the next course of action.
\nIf the buyer has paid part or all of the purchase price, this amount will be refunded to them.
\nThe seller is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract due to stock depletion, unavailability of goods, or when the manufacturer, importer, or supplier of the goods has ceased production or import of the goods.<\/p>\n7. DELIVERY OF TAX AND WARRANTY CERTIFICATE<\/h2>\n
